I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the person at the reception who helped me with internet access. The location was perfect for me as it was close to where my friends live. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the TV worked well, although it only had Russian channels. The breakfast started off average, but it improved as I stayed longer, with the person preparing it even asking for my preferences for the next few days.

The room was quite spacious and had a nice view of the city skyline. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The location of the hotel was convenient, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and recommendations for things to do in the area.
The Wi-Fi in the room was practically non-existent. We had to go down to the lobby if we wanted to have any kind of decent connection.

The hotel is ideally located close to the city center, making it convenient to explore the area. the rooms are beautifully designed, with impressive historical features such as high ceilings and plaster mouldings. the friendly staff provides excellent room service and is always ready to assist. Guests can enjoy delicious meals at the restaurant and take in the lovely landscaped grounds for a peaceful retreat from the city bustle.
There were some minor issues with the amenities, such as a lack of bathroom lock and no paper tissues in the bathroom.

Easter stay was budget-friendly, and that's it. the hotel's location is very central, so it was convenient to go around the city. the bed sheets were clean, and the room was spacious enough.
Hotel staff were unfriendly and did not seem to enjoy helping guests. the breakfast options were limited, and some were expired.
